Many people want to resolve their dental alignment issues but hesitate to commit to the time and look of traditional braces. Invisalign may address these issues.
Invisalign is an orthodontic treatment using clear aligners made from a comprehensive 3D scan of your teeth. These aligners should fit your teeth precisely, applying subtle pressure in the right places to shift your teeth into the proper position. As your teeth start to shift, you’ll change to a new aligner which continues to adjust your teeth’s position. In most cases, you’ll switch to a new aligner every week or so.
Each aligner is transparent, making it difficult to see.
Can I Wear Invisalign?
Invisalign aligners can help with a wide variety of orthodontic concerns, from mild to severe. Although there are some instances in which Invisalign is not the most effective course of treatment, Invisalign aligners can correct most of the same issues as traditional braces.
Invisalign is commonly used for cases of:
Gapped teeth
Overbite
Deep bite
Crossbite
Open bite
Crowded or overlapping teeth
Invisalign Can Work Faster Than Traditional Braces
In addition to looking discreet, Invisalign aligners may also work quite quickly. By changing aligners regularly, Invisalign is meant to maintain a consistent course of correction. The precision with which Invisalign works may also create predictable tooth movement, which may help the dentist achieve their goal on a shorter timeline.

The truth is that lemon water can have both positive and negative effects on teeth, depending on how it is consumed. On one hand, the vitamin C found in lemons can help fight bacteria in the mouth and promote healthy gums. However, the high acidity of lemon juice can erode tooth enamel and dentin if consumed in excess or sipped frequently throughout the day. […]
